Payment: Payment is due in full upon project acceptance. Project Timeline: Typical turnaround time is 12 - 48 hours, but may vary based on project complexity and workload. Revisions: Up to 2 revisions are included in the base price. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. Ownership: You retain full ownership of your project. We retain the right to use excerpts for promotional purposes. Confidentiality: We maintain the confidentiality of your project materials. Cancellation: Cancellations made 2 before project start are fully refundable.
